USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

Installing and using Photo Toucher indicate your acceptance of this license agreement.

TRIAL VERSION

You are entitled to use the trial version of Photo Toucher for evaluation purpose without charge for a period of 30 days. Once this 30-day period has expired, you must either purchase a permanent license to use the software, or remove it from your computer.

After purchasing you will receive a license key to unlock the trial version and convert it into a full licensed version.

LICENSED VERSION

There are two basic types of licenses for you to use Photo Toucher:

1. Single-User License, which allows you to install and use Photo Toucher on a single computer.
2. Multi-User License, which allows the installation and use of Photo Toucher on any computer in any location within the same company or organization, as long as the number of computers using the software does not exceed the size of the Multi-User License.

YOU MAY NOT:

1. Sublicense, rent or lease the software or any portion of it.
2. Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or modify the software or any portion of it.
3. Publish, give away, or sell the license key in any way.

DISTRIBUTION

The Photo Toucher TRIAL VERSION may be freely distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified in any way.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
